๐ฃ Honest Review – Salmon Rice Bowl
This time, I wanted something light, so I went with the Salmon Rice Bowl.
Here’s what stood out:
-
✔️ Presentation: Generous slices of fresh salmon on top of a perfectly portioned bowl – visually stunning!
-
✔️ Taste: The slightly salty soy-based sauce paired perfectly with the rice, and the soft texture of the salmon made every bite melt in my mouth.
-
✔️ Sides: Neatly presented and not too overpowering – everything was well-balanced.
That said, the flavor was relatively mild and comforting, rather than bold or intense. I could tell this wasn’t their standout dish — and it made me want to come back and try their signature sukiyaki!
๐ฅ What I Want to Try Next – Sukiyaki
At almost every other table, I saw sukiyaki being served.
The sizzling pot, the sweet soy aroma, and the combination of meat, vegetables, and raw egg – it was all so tempting. ๐คค
I’m already planning my next visit to try the Korean beef sukiyaki, which looks like the perfect hearty meal.
