This time, I wanted something light, so I went with the Salmon Rice Bowl.
Here’s what stood out:

• ✔️ Presentation: Generous slices of fresh salmon on top of a perfectly portioned bowl – visually stunning!

• ✔️ Taste: The slightly salty soy-based sauce paired perfectly with the rice, and the soft texture of the salmon made every bite melt in my mouth.

• ✔️ Sides: Neatly presented and not too overpowering – everything was well-balanced.

That said, the flavor was relatively mild and comforting, rather than bold or intense. I could tell this wasn’t their standout dish — and it made me want to come back and try their signature sukiyaki!

At almost every other table, I saw sukiyaki being served.
